Treasury Manager

Our Client is an international manufacturer operating in packaging industry with long history in Poland. Good plant location and perspectives to grow within a group is also a plus for choosing this opportunity.
Description
- work as part of central finance team based in Poland, reporting directly to the CFO, to manage and co-ordinate all cash aspects across the Rigid business
- lead cash forecasting to ensure cash visibility
- ensure appropriate funding/liquidity in place
- work with business to make sure required credit with suppliers is in place
- take responsibility for any debt related compliance
- bring knowledge and experience of hedging tools
- lead cash forecasting to maintain improvements in cash forecasting and cash awareness/short term planning
- manage day to day liquidity across our 17 sites (EU/NA) - via an internal cash pool
- identify opportunities to further enhance cash generation (WC, asset sales, etc) and support business to implement such changes
- support CFO around financing activities - new debt placement, reporting to lenders
- liaise with credit insurers and credit teams of major suppliers to ensure stable and solid relationships with appropriate credit limits available
- ensure any debt compliance reporting is completed in a timely and robust manner
- participate in greater usage of hedging tools (FX, raw materials)
- optimise systems output to increase automation of treasury data capture
Profile
- 5+ experience in Treasury is essential - cash management, hedging
- questioning and pro-active mindset
- people person with ability to build relationships quickly
- willingness to speak your mind
- excellent written and spoken English (role will involve some international travel)
- multi-functional and/or international business experience an advantage but not mandatory
