Treasury Manager
Our Clients is creating their first SSC in Poland and because of that, it is an ideal opportunity to check own capabilities to work in the international environment. They look for experienced people in the treasury with qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, ICM, AMCT) for the new position - Treasury Manager.
Client Details
Our Client is a global manufacturing company with advanced engineering solution. For the first time, there is a goal to create European SSC that will serve 10 Countries. It is a strategic initiative for the Group and so we are seeking to recruit the ambitious and experienced person with the treasury background.
Description
- All elements of liquidity management and foreign exchange management for Head Office and major businesses units
- Identification and implementation process and control improvements to develop treasury operations
- Leading all aspects of intercompany funding and cash repatriation (38 countries)
- Working closely with Business units in identifying their Foreign exchange exposures and how these should most effectively be managed
- Development and then maintenance of the cash pooling arrangements in place across the group
- Building strong relationships across the group of core relationship banks
- Support Business units' compliance with treasury policy; particularly regarding Sanctioned countries
- Acting as a centre of expertise to the group for all treasury issues
Profile
- 5+ experience in Treasury
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA/Cert ICM/AMCT qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree, preferable in finance area
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented attitude
