Shared Services Center in Warsaw is seeking Candidates for the position of Treasury Accountant.
In Treasury team you will:
- Book all bank statements of the firm
- Ensure compliance with local or international, statutory or professional regulations
- Assist with treasury task as e.g. daily reporting on the firms funds on all accounts
- Work closely with other teams to investigate unclear positions
- Assist with set up of new bank accounts of the firm
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Work with the auditor
On this position main responsibilities include:
- Perform the Treasury Team tasks
- Ensure that data are processed accordance to accounting rules and legal compliances
- Perform all activities in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Seek opportunities for processes improvements
- Both share and apply best practice in GL/Reporting area
- Communicate with internal and external customers in an efficient and effective manner
- Ensure that all relevant company’s standards and guidelines are met
What you will need to succeed:
- Very good English skills, other languages will be a strong asset
- Relevant experience in finance, preferably in shared service or BPO environment with broad international exposure
- University degree preferably in accounting or related courses
- Masters' degree a plus
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Can-do attitude
- Customer and teamwork focus
