For our Client, international company located in South of Poland, we are currently looking for experienced Candidates willing to work on the position of Travel & Expenses Coordinator.

The person we are looking for will be responsible for coordinating processes of travel expense for different locations – reviewing expense transactions, issuing resolution and responding to help desk calls and emails, preparing documentation for VAT recovery, audit expense reporting and providing training to users when necessary. They will also have extensive contact with users and approved managers at all levels of various European locations as well as support the global travel and expense system (gears) roll-out by assisting with testing and training.

We expect the Candidates to posses experience at the similar position or area of duties ( few years of experience in management of travel and expenses process in SSC),university degree (preferred Accountancy or similar), proficiency in English (ideally also being able to communicate in German) and knowledge of SAP system. Knowledge of Concursystem would be a big plus. Ideal candidate must possess strong investigative, problem solving capabilities and auditing experience and also have the highest level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality. They should possess the ability to provide one-on-one training or training in a group setting as well as attention to detail and accuracy. We expect the Candidates to be self-motivated, organized and have the ability to communicate with various levels of company’s personnel in a confident and professional manner. Dedication to teamwork, outstanding customer service and continuous improvement is essential.
