On behalf of our Client, one of the largest employers in Katowice, we are currently looking for Candidates to hold the position of:
Travel & Expense Analyst with German- New HR Team.
Your new role
- Timely settlement/posting of travel and expense claim,
- Verification if claim fulfills organizational internal policy and German law concerning travels
- Post travel expenses in SAP system (including proper cost and VAT accounting)
- Checking and approval of travel expenses in our Employee-Self-Service-system (ESS)
- Reconciliation of G/L account for travel expenses and advance payments
- Be a first point of contact for employees and management regarding travel expense reimbursement process.
- Provide support during internal/external audits of travel
- Perform other duties as necessary
What you'll need to succeed
- Confident in business discussions in German and English language
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (as an advantage)
- have professional experience in BPO/Shared Services
- Good knowledge in travel expense accounting systems (optimally SAP HR) and Microsoft Office suite (especially Word/Excel)
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and manage system processes
- Strong analytical skills
- have proactive and creative approach (as everything can be done better and we’re keen on continuous growth & development).
- Travel may be required
