Great opportunity to join one of SSC in Wrocław on the position of Travel & Expenses Team Leader and lead team of 12-15 people.
For our Client, world’s leading provider of medical supplies, company with stable position on the market, we are currently looking for an experienced Leader in area of Travel and Expenses who will join the team at the WrocĹ‚aw office.
Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating work of the team members, prioritising and processing daily business requirements with regards to relevant accounting processes, monitoring performance of the team, creating and measuring relevant KPI’s and target levels. Your duties will also include identifying potential process improvements and standardization opportunities, participating in projects and activities assigned by the supervising manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relations with customers, providing high quality of service and high level of satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate should demonstrate very good understanding of Travel and Expenses accounting process and have leadership skills (at least 1 year). Several years of accounting experience in the context of SSC/BPO, as well as excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in English, higher education are crucial. Knowledge of SAP and Concur system will be very beneficial.
