Associates identify areas for improvements.Principal Accountabilities:
- Processing operational transactions (e.i. audit expense reports, accruals calculation, other periodical reporting) to achieve identified efficiencies and to increase compliance to the process
- Maintain credit card application
- Provide support to all T&E system end users, including building process awareness
- Provide expertise to the units/sites on Expenses policy and procedure/legal requirements
- Apply problem solving and understanding of financial processes to coordinate transaction entry, verification and deliver solutions
- Exceed customer expectations and service level agreements in addition to making recommendations for streamlining processes by highlighting opportunities for improvements
- Working/operating within a control environment and for having good understanding of detailed functional knowledge for their area of responsibility
Ideal candidate:We are looking for someone with a passion for Finance & Accounting processes. Strong attention to details, with functional expertise in the above mentioned areas:
- German language knowledge will be an asset
- Experience within Finance environment ideally in SSC
- Knowledge of and experience in core finance functional competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers
- Team player with ability to work and collaborate effectively with cross functional team
- Strong focus on personal development and growth
- University degree preferred – especially within Finance and Accounting
- English language knowledge on an advanced level required
- SAP knowledge desired
