Your new company
On behalf of our Client, the company which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Travel Expenses Specialist.
Your new role
As a T&E Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that employees travel expense reports are processed on timely manner in accordance with travel policies. You will be processing employee claims accurately and in a timely manner, assuring claim compliance with policy and process and advising on legal and tax requirements. Also, you will need to resolve employee queries, handle all e-mail communication within set timelines, and identify process improvement needs.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a university degree (educational background in accounting or economics will be an advantage) as well as at least 1 year of experience in corporate travel & expenses accounting / accounts payable department. You should possess working knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, and preferably Mobex or equivalent of an expenses tool (e.g. Concur). Exposure to international shared service environment and ability to operate in an international environment as well as work within tight deadlines will be a great advantage. A good candidate would need to have strong interpersonal skills along with great organizational and time management skills. Fluency in English is a must.
