For our Client – new Shared Service Centre in Poznan - we are currently looking for Travel & Expense Accountant with advanced level of English to join a team of professionals.
Your new role
Within this role you will be responsible for Travel & Expense transactions as well as management of Corporate Credit Card processes. Auditing samples of the period’s T&E expense claims for compliance, policy and escalation, moreover further monitoring as required. Scope of responsibilities includes management of the vendor relationship for any outsourced components of T&E and processing of appropriate period close accruals related to outstanding T&E claims.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role will hold preferably university degree in economics or business administration and have relevant working experience of at least 2 years. SAP knowledge will be advantageous. Moreover high attention to detail and accurate working style, customer service orientation and excellent communication skills will be required. Fluency in English - both written and spoken is a must.
