Requirements:
We Offer:
- design & implement best Global Translation Operating Model supported by set of KPIs,
- lead new translation management system set up, migration & stabilization within budget and timeline,
- focus on those TMS bricks, which are key to the efficiency, quality and savings (automated workflows, TMs, Glossaries, vendors pool, pricing models, integrations, etc.),
- develop and document end to end translation process to ensure efficiencies and satisfaction of the users,
- define and document translation management system governance framework with clear set of rules and guidelines,
- build adoption plan, which would encompass education, communication and promotion to ensure, that all stakeholders are well informed and have high level of understanding of Global Translation Operating Model,
- collaborate closely with Translation Team on the all above topics, support & advice all the team members.
Requirements:
- knowledge on localization industry, technologies and operating models,
- minimum 3-year experience with one or more TMS (translation management system) and MT (machine translation),
- fluent in English (spoken/written),
- proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
- proactive and challenging,
- ability to work with several functions, across multiple levels in the organization,
- high communication skills (oral and written),
- focused on project & KPI delivery.
