For our Client, and international company, who has lately established new office in Cracow, we are looking for experienced Transition Leader who willsupport the coordination and execution of all new transition activities into the centre.
Key responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to have Project Management qualification, strong relevant experience / working on transition initiatives and experience from finance processes (AP, AR, GL). You should present high interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. Fluency in English and willingness to travel within Europe are required.

- Manage the transition and deliver on time
- Coordinate Transition work-streams activities
- Manage the Project Plan, tracking all work stream, work on issue resolution when needed
- Act as the single point of contact and escalation for all transition related activities,
- Develop, design and execute Transition methodology, ensure that all needed knowledge is captured and documented
- Communicate the transition schedule and status to key stakeholders, cooperate with the finance leadership of the company entities, ensuring clear process understanding and initiating potential needed changes on way of working
