Transition Leader (M/F)
On behalf of our client well-recognised multinational company with global exposure which decided to set up new European SSC in Wroclaw we are looking for experienced professionals for the positions of Transition Leader.
Client Details
Transition Leader will be responsible for transition projects covering F&A and non-F&A processes in European entities with a perspective for a long-term cooperation after transition phase.
Description
- Transition planning and execution;
- Managing medium to large size transition projects and managing work streams within projects;
- Managing all group of stakeholders and contributing in the SAP implementation process;
- Relationship management between SSC operations team and senior level management;
- Leading and executing process improvement project ensuring timely closure and benefit realisation;
- Responsibility for driving the long-term vision of the process excellence framework;
- Remote and direct cooperation with local, regional and global multinational teams;
- Accountability for identifying process improvement opportunities;
- Provide functional requirements concerning process automation to IT function with aim to build effective solutions;
- Evaluate process risk assessment to be able to plan and implement corrective actions.
Profile
- University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics (or similar)
- Fluent English
- Strong knowledge of F&A processes and experience in improvement initiatives for F&A is essential(min. 5 years)
- Minimum 2-year transition management experience
- Experience in system/application implementation
- Certification in Project Management - PMI/Prince 2 will be considered as an advantage
- Green Belt/Six Sigma certified - preferred
- Ability to work in diverse cultural environment
- Great communication and negotiation skills
