- Co-ordination of the knowledge capture and transfer as well as migration activities,
- Support in creating and updating of timeline, deliverables and dependencies,
- Creation of operational status reports and provide adequate updates of the status,
- Providing link between Local operations team and senior level management/stakeholders’
- Mitigating and solving risk and issues on operational transition level.
