On behalf of our Client, we are looking for the person for the position of Transition and Site Manager.
The person on this position will be responsible for transition of order management processes to Poland. The main duties will include: preparing the whole cycle of process, planning all activities during pre-transition stage, preparing and training of teams, implementing all procedures, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and efficient implementation of the processes, as well providing all support and improvements in every stage if needed. The Transition and Site Manager will work closely with project managers, ensuring the different steps are delivered on quality, time and in cost effective manner. The person on this position will have to be able to identify all risks, issues and challenges within the process and ensure appropriate recommendation to all stakeholders. After the implementation, the person on this position will be managing a new site of order management team (up to 300 FTE)
We require min 3 years of experience on similar, managerial role with international environment. The key is to possess a similar experience in transition processes from other country to Poland. We also require fluent German and English skills and very good knowledge of SAP. The person on this position should have excellent interpersonal skills, be well – organised, able to manage a team efficiently by leading, partnering and mentoring if needed. The ideal Candidate should have business acumen, analytical skills, be able to work in multitasking environment and be focus on effectiveness and results.
