For our Client, an international company from automotive and white goods industry, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join company’s growing team of professionals at a position of Transfer Coordinator to its greenfield investment located in ZÅ‚otoryja in Lower Silesia region.
Reporting directly to Plant Manager, Transfer Coordinator will be mainly in charge of the production transfer (white goods) from mother company and its launch. This is a role connected with people’s management but not from the very beginning. Therefore, that person will also have the opportunity to create his/her own team. The scope of duties on that position involves analysing and defining necessary actions to assure optimal development of the area and maintaining proper quality of products through different actions. What is more, that person will be also in a close cooperation with Client as well as Mother company, regarding reporting of project development.
To be successful in this role you have to already acquire at least 2 – 3 years of experience on a similar position in production industry and have a higher technical education background. Experience in project management is very crucial on that role as well as a good knowledge of production and very good command of German. Ability to coordinate team or potential in that area will be also taken into consideration in line with very good communication and interpersonal skills.
