On behalf of our Client, a fast growing operation centre in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidate for the position of Transfer Agency Analyst with French.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for processing of distributions and other payment related tasks for French funds in compliance with internal procedures. You will be processing subscriptions, redemptions, successions and other movements on shares. Your scope of duties will also include managing cash reconciliations on several accounts and keeping track of fees, preparing reports for internal and external parties and maintaining communication and relations with all counterparties (internal and external). Your work will require being main point of contact for all clients and participating in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of operations (KPIs) as well as supporting the integration of new operational activities.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least min. 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, securities services or property sector. It is essential to have fluent working knowledge of French and English, as well as highly-developed numerate and analytical skills. You should be a person who is capable of working under the time pressure, is client-focused and able to work effectively as a team player. Good Knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate funds will be considered as an advantage.
