With its administration, in-sourcing and risk management services, the company focuses on the administration and structuring of funds, securities, real assets as well as alter-native asset classes and offers complex risk management solutions.
We are currently looking for an experienced employee to join our Middle Office Transaction Team. This exciting position combines hands-on daily business and building up team structure to cope with our substantial growth.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• building up a team structure incl. capacity management, leading, motivating and developing team members
• ensuring that processes are delivered efficiently and effectively as well as governed appropriately
• introduce control & escalation mechanism
• supervise the team’s daily business tasks for Collateral Management (margin calls, disputes, recon), and Middle Office Securities (broker matching, failed trade checks, capital call Instructions, recons)
• involvement in implementing, structuring and optimizing new processes (incl. digital initiatives and transformation projects)
• optimize and/or establish daily transaction management for securities instructions and collateral management payments (end-to-end process)
• participate in the recruitment and selection process of future team members and performance review process
Your Skills:
• university degree in financial economics or other business related areas
• previous experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader in operations, ideally in Middle Office functions (Settlement, Collateral Management, Swift payments)
• strong leadership skills, ability to delegate tasks and build engagement
• ability to build trust and strong relationship management
• excellent written and verbal communications skills
• strong analytical skillset and attention to details, solution orientation
• previous experience with Asset Managers, different contracting parties, brokers, third party banks, payment agents
• fluent English, German language skills desirable
• proficient with DTCC CTM (Omgeo) DTCC ALERT, MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
• sound project experience, Xentis knowledge advantageous
