Transactions Specialist with Italian/SpanishMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
  • Process Order Entry creation in SAP, price & availability,
  • Handle all incoming e-mails in a timely manner,
  • Actively contribute to activity monitoring through a regular check of respective reports e.g. open order book/ allocation file/ open order reports,
  • Customer Complaint Management,
  • Provide all necessary administrative support to Inventory Management,
  • Handle all types of returns management,
  • Liaise closely with Logistics and Transport departments to coordinate efficient and timely processing of shipments and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Very good English and Italian or Spanish
  • Proactive personality,
  • Team player, able to work independently,
  • Flexible,
  • Good communication skills communicator and listener,
  • Good Analytical skills & Problem Solving Capabilities.
