Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The Transaction Manager will support the Local Country Real Estate team - part of European Operations Real Estate organization for a client withing the global consumer and tech business.
- Manage multiple international real estate transactions and support with execution of operational/ real estate requirements.
- Coordinate, execute and monitor all steps surrounding a transaction (building evaluation matrixes, lease execution, analysis).
- Management of negotiations with landlords, agents and lawyers.
- Responsible for implementation of a full due diligence process.
- In-depth knowledge of planning law, development projects and site assembly
Profile
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- 2-3 years of corporate real estate experience in managing transactions and/or strategy.
- Fluent English and good German command
- Good reporting and IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook are essential).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Deal focused.
- Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task in order to meet client deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
