Currently, as the Middle Office structures are growing, we are looking for experienced Transaction Manager who will take the ownership of trade management process. The department is taking over new processes therefore new tasks will be added and the complexity of the processes will be growing.
On this position you will be mostly responsible for:
We are looking for experienced Middle Office Specialist - preferably with experience in trade management, securities settlement or capital call process and presenting very good English language skills. Previous experience in experience in working with Asset Managers, different contracting parties, brokers, third party banks, payment agents as well as good time management skills and attention to details are also required.

On this position you will be mostly responsible for:
- Trade management: timely settlement including pre-matching, cancelling and re-booking of trades;
- Cooperation with front office, clients, brokers, custodians and fund accounting to resolve trade related enquiries, trade discrepancies and settlement issues
- Handling of securities, repo and lending trades
- Capital call process: end-to-end management
- Process improvement- optimize processes for daily transaction management for Securities Instructions and Capital Call payments
- Acting as Subject Matter expert within the process and being support for more junior team members
