Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Training Team Lead. Reporting to the Training Manager in Denmark, our new colleague will act as the daily supervisor for the training coordinators at our Polish and UK offices and ensure that the training requirements are being met on time by coordinating the efforts at all locations.
The position is new and you will have a major influence to your role in the company. Up to 25 travel days per year shall be expected.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Training coordinators in prioritizing tasks
Assign Project Training Coordinators to projects
Support the Training Manager in accomplishing Strategic targets set for the
Training Dept.
Support the Training Manager in meeting
Training requirements for projects on time
Develop procedures and systems for Training
Department in cooperation with Senior
Training Coordinator and Training Manager
Take lead on Strategic initiatives.
Participate in the general work carried out in the training department.
Person specification:
Experience as team lead and with the work in a training department.
Able to manage small projects and secure successful implementation.
Likes variation and change. Can prioritise and manage multiple tasks without loosing overview.
Persistent self-starter, solution-oriented,engaged and with a structured and precise
work approach.
Cooperative and communicative at all levels.
Open-minded; with respect for other cultures.
Excellent English skills spoken as written.
