Your new role
You will join the company as a Training & QA Specialist having responsibility to:
- Perform quality assurance (sampling check on agents’ cases) and calibration on agent’s performance.
- Establish / review SOPs regularly based QA review or a new feature is introduced.
- Regularly update knowledge base and cascade down the info to the entire CS team.
- In-charge of ongoing coaching on agents who are under-performing.
What you'll need to succeed
You are a perfect candidate if you:
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in training and quality assurance, preferably in e-commerce company.
- Familiar with assessment and calibration of workers performance.
- Analytic, self-confident, accurate, team player, but able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong logical thinking with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills (in both English and Polish).
