Training Coordinator - Agile model

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Deliver specific product related training and facilitate/administer product enablement programs. The successful candidate will partner up with a highly dynamic product and enablement team to perform the following main responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert in the platform/product with in-depth knowledge of features and capabilities designed for Channel Partners/Distributors and Field (sales, operations, finance teams etc)
  • Define, create, and implement the training program
  • Deliver instructor-led training as well as virtual training to end-user partners during onboarding and scheduled events
  • Deliver instructor-led training as well as virtual training to end-user partners and internal employees on a regular schedule
  • Assist in developing and maintaining e-learning courses, web-based tutorials, and self-help materials
  • Work alongside internal analyst and change management team to ensure training and materials map to end-user partner goals and processes
  • Gather and communicate end-user feedback and requirements with internal product management and enablement team
  • Provide product enablement support to existing and onboarding users via email
  • Track and report training program metrics on regular basis

Ideal candidate demonstrates:

  • 3 years-prior in creation and delivery/execution of training programs or project-oriented experience
  • Experience in facilitating, modeling and documenting development of training and project related documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences
  • Outstanding follow through on assigned tasks
  • Stakeholder focus
  • Demonstrating proactive and "can do" attitude
  • Problem solver
  • Drive for continuous learning, results-orientation
  • Flexible: very able to adapt to a changing environment
  • Ability to drive change through communication, innovation & process improvement

Nice to have Qualifications:

  • Additional language (i.e. Spanish, German, French)
  • Project coordinator experience
