Our Client is an international company, operating mostly on UK market with Business Centre located in Krakow. Currently, as the company is expanding their operations and the centre is growing, we are looking for experienced Training and Development Specialistwho will join the local HR department.
Responsibilities on this position will include, however will not be limited to:
We are looking for professional experienced in delivering training, mostly on soft skills. Additionally you need to speak fluent English and present very good communication skills, positive and energetic attitude and the ability to adjust to changing and dynamic environment.

- Delivering training for the employees in the branch in Krakow (mostly within client management, communication, soft skills)
- On-boarding of new joiners and induction training
- Supporting local development initiatives – implementing internal development path, leadership training
- Management of ad-hoc projects
- Providing coaching and advisory on the development possibilities
- Suggesting improvements to existing practices, cooperating with other HR teams
