Training Administrator
Miejsce pracy / Location PoznańOpis Stanowiska
- Work with various internal and external parties on the delivery of learning programs
- Support the preparation of learning programs including coordination of participant and faculty communication (invitation and registration process), preparation of learning materials and logistics, etc.
- Support the roll-out of distance learning sessions and respond to and troubleshoot (technical) issues
- Compile and summarize learning data (i.e., program attendance, class utilization, cancellation trends)
- Process program evaluations and feedback surveys
- Work collaboratively with and support Learning Operations Specialists

- University degree or equivalent experience
- Internship or similar professional experience, ideally in an international business administration environment
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
