ROLE DESCRIPTION
Due to extensive growth, SIRE Life Sciences® is looking for a Trainee Talent Acquisition Specialist for the rapid growing Talent Acquisition team at the Herengracht in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnering with Senior Managers, Managing Board, HR Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to assess their talent requirements and advice on the best hiring strategy.
- Reporting to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Assist in creating and setting-up up a recruitment strategy for each hiring round.
- Organizing in-house recruitment days.
- Direct sourcing using the latest sourcing techniques and several channels to find the right profiles.
- Attract and engage candidate to join our company with exciting job posting adverts.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates.
- Be a Career Advisor to your candidates to make the best possible match in our company.
- Manage the feedback and offer process to candidates together with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Provide the best candidate experience for all candidates, from application to final conclusion, and manage on timeline.
- Building an employer brand in line with our global brand.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in recruitment.
- Living in Amsterdam.
- You are passionate about helping business succeed by using your expertise in Talent Acquisition and get the best results in the world.
- You are a team player, passionate about what you do.
- You have a Bachelor or Master Degree.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You are continuously up to date on new sourcing techniques.
- You have the demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
