Our client is one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations. Currently, the company is looking for Traded Risk Senior Analyst based in Kraków.
Your new role
Traded Risk Senior Analyst is a results-driven individual with an understanding of risk data, process, analysis and systems that aspires to innovate, improve and embed solutions that enable effective risk management. On this position you will perform daily risk monitoring, reporting and analysis against risk limits as well as major risk drivers and perform enhanced PFE counterparty reviews and analyse data providing quantitative and qualitative summary to the risk managers, relationship managers and senior management. Your responsibilities will also include identify and escalate issues to Risk Management through review and validation of risk data, controls and reporting. What’s more, Traded Risk Senior Analyst will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Risk Managers, Front Office, Global Markets Middle Office, Product Control.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate should have university graduate in finance, mathematics, computer science or any other quantitative related degrees and international financial/risk accreditation e.g. CFA, FRM, PRM. Moreover, Traded Risk Senior Analyst should have at least 3 years of experience in banking e.g. Risk, Product Control, Front Office, Middle Office, preferably with a focus in traded credit and counterparty risk. Good understanding of financial markets as well as key credit risk measures and methodologies used to assess risk and also advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must. What’s more, candidate should have desirable working knowledge of software/database development tools (VBA, Python, R, SQL, SAS, MATLAB).
