This position aims at creating and implementing customer marketing strategy in close collaboration with Sales Director, marketing teams and other functions across the organisation. This person will manage a local team, drive the trade marketing agenda and share the best practices on the regional and global level.

Our client is international consumer health care company with globally recognised brands in multiple categories. They are present in pharmaceutical as well as mass market channels. To reinforce its position on the Polish market, our client is looking for commercially-oriented, well-established trade marketer and people manager to lead the customer marketing department and support achievement of the long-term business objectives.

Description

  • Proactively leads the development & execution of the customer marketing strategy for brands in all channels
  • Manages effective and profitable sell-out tools in order to maximise brand performance
  • Creates and drives with their team the best in class in-store visibility and communication of brands
  • Translates sales growth drivers into customer marketing and shopper tools
  • Supports commercial teams by addressing market gaps, opportunities and customer expectations in the most relevant manner
  • Incorporates strategic guidelines into support planning and daily activities in areas such as: shelf management, assortment management, promotion plans, shopper research and insights
  • Seeks innovation and most successful customer marketing agenda via in-depth analysis of competitive activities
  • Drives tailored-made, compelling initiatives to achieve the commercial objectives in line with customer focus strategy
  • Owns and optimises budget through ongoing evaluation and effective prioritisation of key activities

Profile

  • Brand or sales experience would be beneficial
  • Minimum 5 of relevant experience on the managerial position in trade marketing in OTC/FMCG sectors (sales management and/or KAM assignment is a plus)
  • Proven track record in managing team of several direct reports including managers and specialists
  • Positive mindset and seeing business challenges as opportunities
  • Entrepreneur, proactive, pragmatic approach with a strong commercial sense
  • Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking combined with computer literacy
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience of working directly with customers to deliver business plan
  • Change agility, sense of urgency and problem solving ability
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Passionate team player with high commitment to effective cross functional working
