For our Client, international company located in Krak贸w, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Tools Manger (Project Portfolio Management & Project Management tools).
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for building and providing Information Systems solutions and coordinating development and operations of Project Management and Project Portfolio Management tools. Your duties will also include reviewing SLAs, implementing all tools changes, seeking for improvements, supporting end users and providing trainings. As Tools Manager you will be the one managing a tools specialist and support team and you will also be responsible for managing budget.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess at least 5 years of Information System experience with application operations and delivery. Moreover, strong experience in translating business requirements into technical IS solutions, understanding of IS technologies and expertise in Project Portfolio Management systems are also required. You need to possess knowledge of ITIL processes, database administration and experience in Sharepoint. Earlier experience working with international teams and fluent English is a must.
