Test Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- As part of a co-located team support the iterative delivery of software.
- Ensure the necessary test coverage to assue the quality of releases.
- Communicate with QAs and BAs located in US, London and Switzerland.
- Run the application and checks for failures and data inconsistencies
SKILLS
MUST
- Previous working experience in Test Management/Test coordinator skills
TESTING SKILLS
- Test Analysis (Requirement analysis, scenarios derivation, traceability
- Test Authoring (Test Scenario preparation/Test Data Preparation)
- Test Planning/Schedule Adherence
- Test Execution Principles (Defect management/triage/Defect tools/status reporting).
- Stakeholder Management
- Execellent verbal/written communication skills, able to articulate well.
- Test coordination with Test Data/TestEnvironment teams
- Experience in conducting or coordinating User Acceptance testing with business/end users
- Test Artifcats/Documentation
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Scripting eg. Python
- Strong SQL/Oracle skills
- Strong Unix skills
- Finance / IB experience
NICE TO HAVE
TECHNICAL/DOMAIN SKILLS
- Banking business application knowledge
- Basic coding skills/scripting skill
- Knowledge of coding language such as JAVA or others
- Knowledge and practice of Agile Methodologies/Scrum techniques
- Knowledge and practice of DevOps Model
- Knowledge and practice of TeamCity and GitHub
