For our Client, software company located in Wrocław, we are looking for candidates interested in a position of Test Leader.
Your new role
Working as the Test Leader you will be responsible for defining and implementation of test strategies and the master/level tests plans, planning, organization and controlling projects or products test activities. Your duties will also cover estimation and schedule test activities. Moreover, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting test activities progress, you will prepare testing documentation e.g. test specifications and reports and identify continuous improvements within the testing process. The Test Lead will be in charge of final assessment of product quality and will work independently but closely with Product and Project Managers to define and document the scope of testing for a large-scale service. On this position you will communicate with the clients and team members, defined strategy, agreed on acceptance criteria, etc, work will be conducted in an Agile environment.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have at least five years’ experience in the field of testing, strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills and ability to drive test strategy & planning for large scale safety critical systems. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in delivering robust, high-quality solutions on-time and effective use of test tools and processes. Moreover, and adequate candidate should possess a Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Electronics and very good spoken and written English skills.
