For our Client, a international technology company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Test Lead.
Your new role
As a Test Lead your main responsibility will be to lead QA teams (in Poland and Finland) in terms of test strategy and test execution. Your duties will include creating test specifications from product requirements, summarising all verification activities on the product and recommend further testing. Responsibilities of this role include also developing automated tests for new functionalities, continuous integration strategy (e.g. using Jenkins) and tools standarization in the Test domain.
What you'll need to succeed?
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to have Minimum 4 years relevant professional experience in testing JAVA/C#/C++ applications. Experience and strong understanding of Software development processes and Engineering lifecycle as well. Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) are highly required. Due to this position you should have practical knowledge of web-based applications. Experience working in a multinational team environment will be your additional plus.
