We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Test Analyst
Key Accountabilities:
Control of test execution to ensure work is completed in accordance with the Test Strategy and Policy,
Work with the countries to determine what needs to be tested once the release scope has been determined.
Documentation kept on time and with high quality.
Understanding of how technology adds value to the business and ultimately the end customer,
Ensure that the testing adheres to Group and local standards at each stage of the development,
Respond to mails/queries related to project/release timely with a cc to the Line Manager.
Contribute to creation of a supportive work environment driven by people centric values,
Provide guidance and assistance to other team members as required.
Identifying and escalate potential risks and issues, taking corrective actions and reviewing how more serious risks and issues might impact on scope, schedule, quality or cost,
Providing support to Team Leaders / Managers
Requirements:
Undertake test execution, record and analyze test results, investigate and progress error procedures for any faults found and make recommendations on the final quality of the product and its suitability for promotion to the live environment,
Report progress and escalate problems to the Testing Team Leader/Manager ensuring adherence to development timescales,
Develop and maintain good communications and relationships, both internal and external to the Bank as a representative of the testing team,
Participate in meetings concerning project activities,
Assist with the production of the Test Scripts on larger complex projects or produce Test Scripts on smaller less complex projects, based on the documentation supplied,
Update project documentation on ongoing basis.
