Temenos Senior Environment Manager

The team provides wide range of services to end customers within Temenos space, including greenfield implementation, upgrades, delivering new features and running support services. The Team consist of experienced consultants and boasts an informal atmosphere based on collaboration and trust. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, define and coordinate any environment management activities that may occur during the implementation of Temenos products, such as creation of separate environment, extending capacity of existing environment, building target environment management process
- Participate in discussing new development tasks and identify optimal ways to release these
- Build and document target environment management strategy and policy
- Guide Scrum teams on the policy
- Fix issues ongoing issues, document lessons learnt and apply proactive measures to ensure stabiity of release model
- Install custom enhancements, validate technical setup
- Provide clear and concise technical documentations for internal and external use.
- Conduct client technical and end user training as and when necessary.
- Assist on the migration strategy and migration developments.
SKILLS
MUST
- Experience in Temenos products for at least 2 years
- Hold a professional degree with minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise IT
- Proven track record (at least 3 years) in environment management on a complex implementation/consolidation/migration/maintenance projects
- Excellent communication skills, logical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL and industry best practices in release management
- Good understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD) and hands-on experince with relevant tools
- Instruments: Jira, Confluence, HPSM/ServiceNow, HPALM, TeamCity/Jenkins, Git

- Good understanding of the following banking processes: Loan Accounting, Retail Accounting, Homes&Asset Finance, Lending
- Java experience
