This globally recognised biotechnology company located in Wrocław is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. Currently there is a great opportunity to join new team on the position of Department Manager.
Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to lead the newly created team (10 people) to support global and regional marketing campaigns for all the company’s business areas. Your responsibilities will include communication between marketing, telemarketing and sales teams and implementation of improvements. You will be in charge of leveraging training and employee performance measures to follow telemarketing best practices and optimize employee retention. You will communicate the organization’s vision to managers and other business partners.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on that position you need to have at least 4 years of proven experience in marketing and at least 2 years of management experience in marketing, sales or customer service area. You need to demonstrate flexibility, excellent organizational skills, communication skills and experience with hiring, training and developing team members. You need to speak fluent English, and other European language will be a big plus.
