Role Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for performing the following key functions on a day to day basis:
- Define the program/project delivery roadmaps;
- Estimate work efforts and resource requirements;
- Manage the program/project financial plans and budgets;
- Manage a matrix delivery effort across multiple technical teams;
- Drive schedules, track and report status.

Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:
- Manage and escalate issues and risks as required for discussion and resolution with peers;
- Adhere to SDLC methodology, documentation and deliverables;
- Adhere to PMx and Instantis tools and guidelines;
- Craft and deliver presentations and dashboards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Overall: a good and broad level of infrastructure knowledge is absolutely a must;
- Has worked in a pharmaceutical company before (asset);
- Understand all crucial technical aspects of infrastructure delivery;
- Experience with Data Center management;
- Experience with Hardware procurement;
- Extensive knowledge of Infrastructure Systems including Servers, VMWare, MS Active Directory, LAN, WAN, SAN;
- Experience preferable in Pharmaceutical industry, has knowledge on complex processes and approvals in GxP projects;
- Experience with End-User projects (re-imaging of pc’s, OS upgrades, …);
- Able to develop detailed project plans and ensure the scope and approach are fully understood by all parties involved;
- Able to assemble project plans, task tracking and status reporting;
- 5+ Years of IT Project Management experience in a technology – infrastructure environment;
- Ability to manage multiple mid-sized projects at a time;
- Experience managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders;
- Demonstrated experience managing project financials and project tracking;
- Proven track record of being a self-starter, highly motivated, flexible and quick learner who can work with minimal supervision.

- 20 hours a week;
- English and Dutch spoken and written.
