Global Delivery Application Services (GDAS Poland Center) is a business unit within HP Services spanning almost the whole world. Its objective is to deliver high quality outsourced application services to HP customers. GDAS Poland Center is a large, quickly developing organization located in Warsaw, dealing with application development and management for key Polish and international companies. Its main focus is on Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence, Web solutions and SAP implementation. We are looking for: Technical Support Specialists job location: Warsaw Nr. Ref.: 101651 Successful candidate will work in a team supporting a Poland-wide IT system in a public sector. Job responsibilities will cover monitoring of data processing and transmission, incident and problem management; design, installation and operational support for changes and new versions of software, as well as implementation and development of application management processes. Job will require frequent interactions with external customer.

We require:
• University degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
• Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: Oracle RDBMS, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix (HP-UX), Siebel Analytics, Informatica, Oracle Express
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English
• Fast learning

• Very good communication skills and openness in contacts with others

• Willingness to work on shifts (evenings, overnight) including weekends – 24x7 support model
