Moreover, you will lead the project team and interact with all departments within the organization, as well as sites outside The Netherlands. Also, you will be an expert in a specified technical area of sterile/cGMP manufacturing process(es), and provide technical support to the project.
- Supervise introduction of new processes and improvement of excisting ones.
- Develop project plans, assamble and lead multiple project teams
- Manage project budgets, timelines and deliverables
- Lead project team and other relevant meetings, coaching team members
- Present the status of the project to stakeholders and management
- Determine priorities in own project while keeping thrack across multiple departments
- Drive continuous improvement
Also, serve as an expert on a specific project and/or technology, consult with an internal/external expert(s) on technical subjects. These include to:
- Participate in the design phase of manufacturing processes and taking a leading part in implementation in production
- Develop new technical procedures and guidelines
- Write manufacturing instructions and reports
MSc (PhD) in Life sciences, bioprocess engineering/technology, pharmacy, chemistry or similar

These projects from the R&D sites will be made operational in the cGMP plant.Moreover, you will lead the project team and interact with all departments within the organization, as well as sites outside The Netherlands. Also, you will be an expert in a specified technical area of sterile/cGMP manufacturing process(es), and provide technical support to the project.
Responsibilities

Requirements
5+ Years experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Pref: Sterile GMP environment)MSc (PhD) in Life sciences, bioprocess engineering/technology, pharmacy, chemistry or similar
Experience with project management and line management
