For our Client, one of the employers of choice on the Polish market, a Scandinavian manufacturer of metal hardware and plastic parts, we are currently seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join company’s growing team of professionals on a Technical Project Manager position.
Due to the continuous growth of company’s structures, we are looking for a person, who reporting directly to Production Development Manager, will be responsible for coordinating technical projects mainly connected with implementation and development of new injection molding plastic production technologies and searching for new production methods for plastic components with local and international collaboration partners. He/she will be solving tasks process design from conception to final implementation in production with respect to quality, delivery and cost aspects. What is more, Technical Project Manager will be in constant contact with suppliers and other business partners working in an international environment, collaborating effectively with other departments also as a team member.
To be successful in this position you should have a university degree in a technical field and at least 3 years of previous professional experience gained on a similar position in a matrix organization within international environment. Strong knowledge of, and experience in the injection molding plastic industry will be treated as an advantage. Due to international work environment, good command of English is a must as well as the ability to travel abroad, approx. 30-50 days per year. Our Client is seeking a person who is passionate about people and displays good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with a minimum amount of supervision. The perfect Candidate must also have a confirmed strong leadership and project management skills and display creative and innovative problem solving skills.
