For our Client, an international company that produces high-quality control cabinets, we are currently searching for an Candidate, who will join its structure at the position of Technical Project Coordinator (production planning) dedicated to their production plant in Wrocław.
Responsibilities:
- Calculating costs of control panel production and preparing the customer quotation
- Developing optimal logistics concepts according to customer requirements and the cost situation
- Checking the plausibility of the technical customer documents and adding necessary information to the circuit diagrams
- Working on technical customer documents, especially part list, compare content with circuit diagrams and add necessary parts.
- Optimise customer part lists with successors and improve circuit diagrams for wiring
- Translate technical customer documents into production documents and prepare documents for production
- Regularly analysing order plans, critical timelines from sales operation, double-checking respective resources and available stocks of material
- Executing load balancing calculations and cooperating with other plants for respectively optimised production plans
- Contributing to the design and planning of monthly or weekly production program
- Calculating and deploying short-term and mid-term production plans for assigned production resources
- Filing and maintaining planning documentation in IT systems
- Ensuring that production plans are properly installed and executed
- Being responsible for customer satisfaction, delivery reliability and costs
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in the field of electrical engineering
- Technical understanding of electrical systems as well as reading circuit diagrams and work with part lists
- At least 3 years of professional experience in same or similar role
- Very good English knowledge (or German)
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent customer relations management skills
