For our client, a Japanese technology company with almost 2000 employees, we are currently looking for Technical Operations Specialist. He will join the Data Center team and work in the office based in Łódź.
At this role, you will be working with little supervision and self-sufficient acting with some depth of specialization in supporting a set of products and or systems to help maintain the availability of the IT service. Responsibilities may also include data Administration for SE-Board, monitoring MasterData systems and data entering and maintenance. Moreover, you will be responsible for multiple aspects of technical support in order to enable the delivery of all requirements within teams. The role holder may have supervisory duties or deputize for a shift or team leader as necessary.
In order to succeed on this role, you will need to have working experience in related business areas like MasterData Handling and Management, Logistic, Procurement or HW/SW maintenance (2-3 years ideally). Moreover, you will need to be experienced in handling IT systems and speak English very well. What is more, you should be structured analytical thinker, who is team oriented.
