We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

Technical Lead Java

Location: Kraków

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

Playing technical lead role. Helping on project development, troubleshooting, technical upskill of the team, adaptation of new technologies. Working closely with business on development of their requirements. If needed fulfilling also architect role

 

You will ideally show:

Experienced Java Developer (Spring, SpringBoot, JAVA 7/8, Hibernate)

Experience in JS FrontEnd related technologies (reactjs, node.js)

Strong database skills (Oracle, SQL Server)

SOAP/REST webservices,

Knowledge on IBM MQ

Basic Linux/Unix OS knowledge

Pivotal Cloud Foundry or other cloud platform experience

GIT/Jenkins

Nexus/Maven

Authentication/Authorisation mechanisms (e.g. LDAP, Kerberos, SAML)

Overall understanding of IT technologies and how those work

Professional, highly analytical approach with good problem solving skills

Proven OOP and testing skills (mocking/unit testing, preferable TDD)

Experience with application servers (Webshpere, tomcat)

Fluency in English

Work in Agile/Scrum

Ability to absorb new technologies and procedures very quickly

Prior working experience in a bank or a financial institution will be an advantage but not a must

Team coordination and driving and mastering the team

Ability to work in complex environment with lots of dependencies on other teams.

Maintenance and development of existing legacy systems

 

You will also have:

A proactive approach, working independently to tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Good level of problem solving skills and ability to assimilate detailed technical information

A strong verbal and written communication skills, able to tailor communication to a broad range of audiences and levels

Ability to work in few projects

Problem solving mind
