For our Client, an international company offering process engineering solutions, we are looking for
Technical Key Account DirectorMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the work of the Technical Key Account Managers in both service and technical skills,
- Proactively follow-up opportunity pipeline, identify gaps and take actions to secure sales growth and profitability,
- Drive creation and follow-up of quality plans per account in line with cluster plan and Key Account Director,
- Manage senior customer stakeholders from a service perspective to assure profitable business growth, professional communication in escalated issues and customer satisfaction,
- Manage internal interfaces to assure efficient interaction in service sales, service delivery and quality,
- Provide input to resource planning, long & short-term, based on service account plans and customer feedback,
- Represent the Technical Service function in the Market Area management team and towards the Customers,
- Overall responsible for technical service business and operations for all assigned accounts,
- As a management team member take joint accountability to secure Company ambitions in the market area.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience on a similar position - Must
- Master technical degree (mechanics, automatics, mechatronics) - Must
- Experience in service sales management - Must
- Experience in Customer Care Management – Must
- Very good technical knowledge about pumps, valves, compressors or industrial installations Excellent communication skills
- Very good level of English - Must
- Customer focused attitude.
