On behalf of our Client - new BPO center located in Poznań, we are looking for Swedish Speakers on position of Technical Customer Service Support.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking phone calls and emails with request for support, offering services tailored to customer needs at the highest standard of performance and for solving incidents mentioned by the Client.

We are looking for Candidates, who have Swedish language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills as well. Previous experience is an asset, however it is not required. In this position you should also present well-developed communication skills, attention to details and ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions.
