Our Client is multinational manufacturer from technical sector. For 65 years the company has been constantly developing and is currently the market leader in its field. Currently, we are looking for Candidates to join our Technical Department.
As a Technical Customer Service Employee you will be responsible for:
- Independently and pro-actively resolve issues and challenges relating to technical support matters.
- Organization of travel administration (incl. weekly schedules, arranging hotel reservations and travel tickets).
- Administrative and secretarial support, for example control and ordering of stationery and other office goods, answering the telephone, produce correspondence or picking up and sending parcels and welcoming and taking care of visitors.
- Assisting and organizing technical seminars or special events.
- Claims reports, organize and distribute spare parts to customers and return parts to manufacturer.
