For our Client, a global company that is an expert in animal nutrition we are currently looking for
Technical Application Specialist Poland - Swine
The person employed on that position will be responsible forproviding expertise and developing new products for sustainable farm feeding solution. This person will be linking technology needs of development and technical support for local commercial and sales team by providing training in field of nutrition.
Candidate on this position will be responsible for creating a strong connection with local customers and by technical expertise will boost skills of the team and successfully implement new products, services and solutions concepts.
Candidate will implement swine specific technology in close cooperation with the commercial team involved in visiting customers, cooperate with commercial and marketing departments and delivering new initiatives accordingly to annual technology deployment plan for the region, build strong relationships with relevant people from the industry, gather market information which brings the company ahead from competitors. This role is mostly focused on deploying nutrition solutions to key swine clients as well as educating customers on specific offers.
Candidate will be linking customer needs and translate them to technology department and also works closely with commercial teams. From other key responsibilities will be supporting R&D projects. We are looking for a person with over 5 years of experience in Swine Nutrition. The ideal candidate will be result oriented and customer focused.
The ideal Candidatewill actively represent the company brand through nutrition solutions and strong customer relationships. Candidate will also combine technical skills and business approach to identify customers’ needs. Education in field of Animal Nutrition, ability to work in multi-culture environment, fluent English is a must.
