For our Client, well known BPO company that is currently building new centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for Team Manager with English.
As the company is connected with Travel Industry,we are looking for Candidates with previous working experience in this field, or strong interest to learn about business travel management sector.
While working at the position of Team Manager, you will be responsible formanaging Travel Specialists teams- 2-3 Team Leaders. More specifically, you will be monitoring emails quality and overall performance of employees and promoting service quality and accuracy; At this role you will be also managing actual performance feedback against targets, identifies shortfalls, corrective action and makes adjustments accordingly.
We are looking for Candidates with at least 1 year experience in people management oriented job.An ideal Candidate demonstrate thorough knowledge of travel industry rules including proficiency in using GDS systems. We are also open for Team Managers with no experience in travel sector, but with strong leadership skills and experience gained in SSC or BPO sector. Fluent English is a must, knowledge of any other European language would be an asset.
