For our client, an international production company, we are currently looking for a SAP Team Manager.
Your new role
As a SAP Team Manager you will act as a leader of SAP Consultants and support team’s professional growth by everyday coaching. Your role will be to support company with actions in different SAP assignments in area of maintenance and support, implementations of new solutions, and constant upgrades. The position requires acting in multicultural environment and regular cooperation with other SAP managers from different regions. Ownership of global SAP BW related projects included in the row.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a candidate with several years of professional proven experience in team leading and SAP implementation in international environment. It is important that you have motivation to create and inspire changes in your organization. You shall be strong focused on reaching given targets and objectives and understand how important it is for the company’s strategy. You are perfect candidate if you are skilled to share your Know How and knowledge of SAP project and application maintenance processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required. We also need you to have personal drive to maintain good relations with stakeholders who comes from different cultural and national backgrounds. We will appreciate bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent education. Knowledge of BW modules will be high priced but is not necessary.
