For our Client, and international company, who has lately established new office in Cracow, we are looking for experienced RtR / GL process Supervisor / Team Manager / Team Leader who will take an opportunity to participate in setting up of the new department.
Key responsibilities:
To be successful in this role you will need to have deep understanding of end to end RtR processes and present significant supervisory experience (leading the team of 10 -30 accountants). You should present excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within company together with strong customer driven focus, strong leadership, organizational and project management skills. Fluency in English is required. We are looking for person action and solution oriented with strong drive for achieving targets. Previous experience in leading transition process will be strong advantage.

- Build- up, lead, manage and develop a team of RtR Specialist: delegating tasks, motivating and coaching, monitoring team performance, holding regular meetings (10 - 30 accountants)
- Drive and monitor RtR processes transition into the Finance Centre in Cracow,
- Daily management of operational activities to ensure quality delivery of services (SLA's) and comply business and finance standards and policies;
- Act as a Subject Mater Expert for RtR related topics and drive process improvements
- Build strong relationship with key stakeholders, being responsible for defined customers on the full scope of service. In this drive the customer dialogue.
