We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Team Manager – Risk Analytics - Investment Banking
Location: Kraków
Working as part of the Enterprise Risk Management Team, this role is key in Poland and in the Bank globally having a focus on safeguarding the organization from any threats to its’ objectives.
Manage the production team and ensure that the team is able to fulfil Service Level KPIs
A critical role leading a sophisticated team at a leading Banking Shared Services Centre in Poland. Ideally you will have a background of supporting and leading a team of analysts, and some understanding of how a Shared Services function within a Bank works with the rest of the Bank.
What would you be expected to do in this role?
-Work to facilitate smooth transitions and be sensitive to any challenges
-Help to provide the best quality and process improvement initiatives to improve the Bank regionally and globally in co-operation with external Banking partners
-To help to attract new specialists to the team and provide a great employee experience
-Works with the senior ERM management team as well as the head of ERM to ensure standards and controls are in place, as well as a business continuity plan
-Promote best practices in line with Banking partners and the needs of the Bank
Requirements:
-Masters in Finance, Information Technology or Business or ACCA, CIMA, CPA or something similar would be great
-Strong experience in Risk
-Strong experience in working with people and managing teams
-Advanced skills in Access and Excel, as well as knowledge of SharePoint and Nintex
-Cognos would be a benefit, but not absolutely essential
-Some knowledge of working in Shared Services or as part of a global team would be an asset.
